Dear catering and restaurant customers. We truly appreciate all of the inquiries and bookings for our catering business. Our bookings for private events continue to grow and we thank you for your business. We are now fully booked for all of June and July. We can offer catering if you can pick it up at our location and only on weekdays. All requests for “save the date” must be accompanied by a $100 nonrefundable deposit.

Tuesday, July 19th, 2022 marked the official ribbon cutting of The Smoke Doctor in Hamburg, Michigan. The PPHH (Pinckney, Putnam, Hamburg, and Hell) division of The Brighton Chamber of Commerce was on hand with Rick Beaudin (The Pinckney Pirate) to officiate.

Meet “The Smoke Doctor” Cornell Clark, a local Hamburg resident who learned how to smoke ribs, pork, brisket, chicken, and more from his Dad years ago.
Open since February of 2020 (that’s right—just before the Covid pandemic!), Cornell and his team have worked hard in providing hundreds of carry-out dinner orders, catering school, and local events, and supporting the local community.
Providing the highest quality food even includes road trips to Sheboygan, Wisconsin, where Cornell has worked with a bakery to provide the best-tasting bread available.
